Join the Squirrels as a Team Member and help our youngest adventurers (ages 4-6) embark on a thrilling journey of fun, friendship, and skill-building!
Key Activities:
- Support the delivery of engaging activities and games tailored for young children.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for our youngest Scouts.
- Assist with preparing session resources and organising outings or special events.
- Work as part of a friendly team alongside adult leaders, young leaders, and parents.
- Support young people with additional needs and celebrate achievements, badges, and milestones.
- Help with registration, adult volunteer rotas, and maintaining attendance records.
Person Specification:
- Enthusiastic and patient with young children.
- Reliable and committed to supporting regular meetings and activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to undertake a Disclosure Check and relevant training.
- Passion for nurturing curiosity and development in early years.
